About this Case Study

There’s a lot of talk around the potential business value of design but so many challenges to get design understood well enough. To realise that value beyond pure aesthetics.

In this session, Jason will draw on 19 years experience, as a management consultant and a designer, to unpack some of the core challenges he has faced realising design's value to business.

Jason will frame these core challenges and then explain core strategies alongside tangible tactics that you can use to amplify design's value.

You will learn the importance and practices of:

  • Connecting to individuals, different fields and the wider system.
  • Reasoning throughout the process in more objective ways.
  • Manipulating your work, your messages and yourself.
